Recent Projects


2014 to 2021 engagements included Pleasanton Tulancingo Sister City Association, Pleasanton Cultural Arts Commission, Lost Worlds Adventures, PPIE, Ace Hardware From 2008 to 2012, digiAssist consultants and executives helped the Corpulux team through their business planning, patent development, and initial funding for research and distribution. Corpulux expects their first licensed optical products to be on the market sometime in the next 2-3 years. Between 1992 and 2006 digiAssist Ltd., provided over nineteen staff years of sales and management consulting services to MMIS and Interest.com, including General Managers, sales management, IT consulting, strategic marketing, and M&A planning and negotiations.  In December of 2005 the combined companies were sold for $30M to Bankrate Inc [RATE]. digiAssist is proud that its consultants were listed as key executives on the LOI and Sales Agreement. 2012 and 2013 projects included supplying managing director services to a Northern California, $650,000 non-profit; web redesign for a $20M multi-segmented retailer; and web consulting for a small international cultural organization. Recently digiAssist has supplied marketing expertise, including strategic planning and trade show representation, to web video services like GenerationPix, the first company to be certified by Qualcomm for handheld video conferencing solutions. We have provided small system analysis, selection, installation and support to small practices in the the psychiatry, dental, and property management industries.   digiAssist can also supply our collective hundred years of Fortune-100 corporate expertise in helping you prepare and edit presentations, business plans, sales pitches and investor docs, digiAssist, Ltd has frequently provided services and opportunity analysis to VC and angel investors under NDA.
